Cocktailier presents Bittercube, creator of innovative, densely flavored bitters backed by thoughtful sourcing, meticulous production, and ongoing research.  Founded in 2009 in Milwaukee, WI, by Nicholas Kosevich and Ira Koplowitz after successful stints at Town Talk Diner (Nick) in Minneapolis and The Violet Hour (Ira) in Chicago, they began developing, formulating, and tweaking the lineup. This is a collection of innovative, densely flavored bitters with no extracts or oils.
