Their recipes are inspired by world travels and varied tastes and cultural experiences, from Sri Lanka, Morocco, Mexico and more. Having the largest selection of bitters is not exactly the most important thing in the world but having a wide range of flavors is very important. This range of flavor is something akin to your spice rack - offering the spectrum of nuance and specificity that aids the creativity of the maker.
