Tired of orange bitters that aren't very orangey? Turn over a new leaf with this delicious Orange! Made with bitter orange, sweet orange, and tangerine, these are what your cocktails need to rise above. Also fabulous in seltzer!

Bamboo Cocktail

• 1.5 oz Manzanilla sherry
• 1.5 oz dry vermouth (we like Dolin)
• 1/2 tsp simple syrup
• 2" thin lemon peel
• 7-12 drops PBP Orange Bitters

Stir first three ingredients over ice. Strain into a Nick & Nora or coupe glass. Twist lemon peel over, trace rim of glass, and drop in. Finish with bitters and get back to the sunshine.
